Isogran® MBTS-75 is a versatile semi-ultra accelerator with good processing safety. It may be used alone or in conjunction with other accelerators. In combination with activated Dithiocarbamates Isogran® MBTS-75 prevents scorching. It is activated by Thiurams, Dithiocarbamates and Aldehyde-amines. During the processing and vulcanization of CR compounds it has a retarding effect. When used with ultra-accelerators Isogran® MBTS-75 improves the processing safety. Vulcanizates produced with Isogran® MBTS-75 show good ageing properties.
